My first visit to HIC, I learned a lot about health with the conversations had with customers, the food was amazing f bursting with flavor. I have found my new healthy eating restaurant. The service is top notch!!!
Small pleasant storefront with a few tables. We found the organic plant based breakfast we were looking for: nuts, mixed fruit and oatmeal. Service was courteous and helpful about other places of interest in Beacon.

I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are so kind and really know how to make a healthy and yummy smoothie! Lots of options for those who are gluten free/dairy free! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options!
