Great sour IPAs. The pizza is really good too. There is no other brewery that replicates what Hudson Valley does.

Wonderful brewery just off the right side of the tracks in Beacon NY, incredible sours, best sour IPAs in the USA (yes re-read that again), solid pilsners, nice attentive staff, and the art is A+. Really enjoying the vibe and layout of the new taproom and its clean, which goes a long way when you have this much foot traffic. Cannot wait to go back for more delicious brews and to try the food.

I loved this brewery! They have a great selection of beer in an assortment of flavors. I tried a blueberry sour and a cider and I liked both of them.

Hubs and I had a great time here, the brewery has a great selection of beers even for non-beer drinkers, like me. And there was a pizza food truck outside which was perfect to sober us up.

Really enjoyed coming here after a long hike. It's more modern than most breweries. I highly recommend the blueberry sour. Too bad the cans were sold out. The pizzas were delicious too. I think they are a pop up. Must try!

Double Ipa is a must try.

Great for groups! Plenty of yummy choices. Cute merch! Tons of outdoor seating and indoor space as well.

I arrived at this brewery on a Friday night with enough time to try a bunch of different beers in 4-ounce increments. They have a variety of different beers on tap, though half are sours. There's some space outside, though on a chilly evening everyone was inside. The interior decor feels a lot like a health clinic with its organization and clean style. I had a good time here.

Place was cute , bartenders are nice. However, they randomly closed my tab, tipped themselves 20% while I was still sitting at the bar and signed for me which was entirely inappropriate!!!!

Nice place for beers and meetings.

Nice atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, great selection of beers, cider and wine options for those who can’t do gluten. Food service stops quite early.

This brewery has such a laidback peaceful vibe even though it is right in the middle of bustling Beacon. We tried the 4 ounces, $4 beer (each) tastings.. each of the beers and the one cider that we tried were so unique and special in taste. The pizza looked really good but we had just eaten and didn't try it. There is parking right outside and clean washrooms to use inside the brewery. There is a beautiful stream on the opposite side of the brewery that led us to the Fishkill falls. Overall, I highly recommend the vibe and tastings offered by the Hudson valley brewery.

I've been coming to HVB since they first opened and it just keeps getting better! They have opened a beautiful, indoor tasting toom so you can enjoy their amazing sours and IPAs all year round in comfort. The best way to celebrate a hike is to come to HVB after. I even consider it part of the beacon trail!

I never leave reviews, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth (literally) after my visit. I understand that beer trends point towards fruity, bitter, IPA style beers, but I ordered a "pilsener" that would have made my Czech friends pull their hair out. Every beer we tried (four of them) were the same style, despite their different descriptions. The menu lists sophisticated flavors like dandelions and lilac flowers, but the words being thrown around our table most were vinegar and salad dressing. Unpleasant, hard to drink tastes. And relatively expensive, too. The only good thing I can say for this brewery is that their can designs are beautiful. As for the contents, we'd have preferred to drink Bud Light.
