While visiting town, we stopped into Hudson Valley Marshmallow Co, because we’re suckers for some good marshmallows! They had so many unique flavors to choose from! We picked up a bag of the chocolate chocolate chip marshmallows and a pack of the chocolate chip graham crackers. We just made them as s’mores at home and loved them! I love this place. We have been here at least 3 times and our granddaughter always wants to go there when she visits us. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced.Perfect for Valentines Day or any day.

I stopped here on a Saturday mid morning and enjoyed a hot chocolate with espresso marshmallows. Delicious! I was offered marshmallow samples before I ordered and ended up purchasing a bag of the chocolate and a bag of the strawberry marshmallows. Yum!
