“The highlight of the evening was Shawn, the mixologist. He was attentive, engaging, and crafted cocktails to perfection. He is the main reason we would return. The food was certainly fresh. The brussel sprouts and reuben pasta dish were standouts, both having beautiful flavor. The edamame and veggie burger lacked seasoning. We did need to ask for our server a couple of times. However, he was lovely and professional. We look forward to trying other menu options soon.“

“While in Stamford, a friend and I felt like having Indian food for lunch and found this gem. The food was spot on and presented nicely. The waiter was very gracious, patient, very pleasant and answered all of our many questions, describing things well.My friend ordered Lamb Kadhai Methiwala (onions, bell peppers and fresh fenugreek.) I ordered Lamb Korma (creamy cashew sauce.) We shared and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The lamb in each was tender. It was nice to share as one was rich and the other less rich with more heat. Both were balanced perfectly with spices. Each lunch plate came out Bento style with a goodie in each section - basmati rice (of course,) Aloo Tikki, a scrumptious vegetable of the day (which was potato with what I believe was tindora a.k.a. Ivy Gourd) and naan. Everything was so delicious that at the time I didn't even think to ask for the various chutneys. My friend and I agreed - we liked this restaurant very much and would definitely come back. Another positive is that it's priced very fairly. We wished we asked the waiter for his name so we could list it here and thank him for his service.“

“Second time here- there were 4 of us. We split the hanging bacon for the table- excellent indulgence. Peach and burrata was delicious- lite and refreshing. Beet salad was fresh and crisp. Entrees included barnwood chicken, swordfish and 2 orders of the special- soft shell crabs which were cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend and we will be back more often!“

“I went to visit Bobo's Cafe since there was a cars and coffee being held there in the lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu selection and how nice it was inside. It offered a very nice environment and plenty of sitting. I had a Latte and a Maui Wowie which is a fruit smoothie. The smoothie was very delicious and well made and the Latte too was an enjoyable drink and I highly recommend both selections. I look forward to visiting again.“

Attentive without hovering. The food was brought out promptly (I had to actually wait a minute for it to cool down which I prefer). Fresh flavors and textures working together. Crispy taco with marinated shredded beef topped with cool lettuce and tomato also crumbled queso fresca with the chiltomate sauce It’s absolute perfection! Rice and beans hit too not overly salted and perfectly cooked. They give you generous portions and chips and salsa with your order. The inside is very cute for dining… they have updated it since- used to be mostly takeout and like 2 tables inside. its very clean has a good vibe. good for anyone wanting grab a bite to eat alone and not feel weird lol. and in the nice weather they a few small tables outside!“

“Love Maria's Pizza when we moved up here to Yorktown a few years ago Maria was the first pizza shop we ordered from and they never disappoint. The service and delivery is great and everybody's always very nice when they answer and take our orders. Definitely recommend Maria's pizza and we're definitely going to try there. The drunken chicken is my favorite chicken Parm pizzas excellent. Tried the new cannoli chips and dip loved we're gonna soon try Maria's famous 3 foot pizza cause we'll be having a gathering so we're gonna try that when ordering it arrives early and hot so if you're in the Yorktown area, try Maria's Pizza. “Well let me say that out of the many burgers I’ve had, this was the best one in a WHILE! My cousin and I were out and hungry, and on a whim I searched for “burgers near me” and came across POW! Burger. When we walked in, the staff immediately greeted us, and our service was very good.I got the double POW! Burger with jalapeños added in and my cousin ordered the double Cheese Burger, and it didn’t even take 10 minutes, they came and left our order at our table, and we were SHOOK!These burgers are a hybrid via smash burger size but loaded burger presentation (see photo). We took our first bites, and the flavors just hit us like a semi-truck. The patties are made and cooked right in front of you, the vegetables tasted fresh, and their aioli sauce was on point. All in all, 8/10 grade, very good! I have had 10/10 burgers before from places that really push the limits of creativity and flavor, but there’s nothing wrong with going the tried and true way, classic always works!The ambience itself is good, they have a lot of seating, and it did get busy so you know people like the food. However, the grill is out in the open near some of the seating, which is fine, restaurants want to show you that they make your food fresh, but the quality and taste of your food should prove that on its own. I had an absolutely delicious burger, with thick-cut bacon that was scrumptious.The space is lovely, with a light, airy feeling and a lot of charm. Parking is also very easy. I tried my Friends entree and I will say what I tried was fabulous. I love Norca the bartender and she gives wonderful service. Norca makes you feel like you don't want to leave, she is very welcoming and warm. I like to visit this restaurant when Norca is working.
