“I brought family here last night to celebrate my son’s graduation day and was pleasantly surprised. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was working, and the staff was accommodating. I had the chicken with sweet potato waffles, which I’m still working on. In fact the entire family needed boxes, just to give you an idea of the portions. I gave 4 stars for the service due to the restrooms being down a steep set of stairs and we had a few elderly folks with us. I will also offer that ownership should be more outward with which options are dairy free. A couple members of our party are dairy free and one ate very cautiously because they were worried about what items contained milk. They may have enjoyed themselves more otherwise. I’ll be honest. I woke up this morning and the first thing I thought about was eating my leftovers for breakfast. Now that’s how you leave an impression! I grew up in this town and we’ve never quite had a place like this. Straight up, EAT HERE!“

“I don't usually write reviews on Google but I feel compelled to write in support of Lisa, Dan and The Tasty Table. My husband and I are frequent weekend guests at The Tasty Table because we like the food and the way we are treated as guests. I've noticed some less than positive reviews focused on difficulties getting a table during their busiest weekend times. This should indicate to all who are interested in going to The Tasty Table of how wonderful a restaurant it is. My suggestion is to take advantage of the 30 minute call aheads that are offered. You won't be disappointed!“

“I just stopped for lunch. Not from the area and never heard of this place. I work construction all over Connecticut. We were working right down the street. Being pressed for time I decided to stop. I ordered a burger and fries to go. Within 10 minutes I was walking out the door. Food in hand. And I have to say for the same price as a meal deal from McDonald’s I had one of if not the BEST burger ever!! This place is awesome!! I will be back!“

“Cafe Alai never disappoints. The service is always exceptional and food is outstanding. We always go for the specials and haven't been disappointed. Highly recommend lasagna and halibut wrapped in thinly sliced potato with the side of broccoli rabe dishes.“

“Oishii Bistro is my favorite restaurant!! I have been coming to this restaurant since I was very little with my mom. The service is amazing and the food is always so tasty. The restaurant is super clean and the menu has a variety of choices. The fish is impeccable, the best I have tried. The crispy rice spicy tuna appetizer is my favorite, in fact I would say it’s better than some Michelin star restaurants I have been to! If you live around this part of New York you should come and try it!“

“This is my second time eating at Southern Kitchen and bar with my partner, our grandson, and his father.  It's a very nice place, a great atmosphere  spacious, clean, friendly, diverse, and family oriented. There's outdoor dining and free parking. The staff was very tentative, and our servers, Lauren and Kyle, were awesome. They menu gave you plenty of ordering options.  It was hard to decide what I wanted to eat, especially when I saw other people's orders passing me buy.  I didn't wait too long for the food.  When the food arrived, it was served steaming hot and tasty. If you dont want to sit and eat a meal, you can sit at the full bar and have a cold beverage.  I recommend you give this place a visit. We already made plans to come back!Parking: There is Plenty of free parking, spacious lot.“

“The moment you walk through the door, the smell is captivating. It's lures you to the wonderful cashiers who always have a wonderful smile on their face. I never see them miserable, such inviting workers, and they know their regulars.I usually have their Sticky Bun and Chocolate Swirl. The sticky bun flavor profile is breathtaking, the bread is tender and sweet, the glaze on top is amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better pastry to start my morning. The chocolate swirl is just as good. The flaky bread and smoothness of the chocolate add a really nice feel for the pastry. I believe there is cream inside, too. If I could ask a question, I'd ask if they added cream and what kind? It's just that good!Parking: On the side of the building I believe there is parking as well in front of the store.“

“I've ordered here a few times and the food and service is consistent. The burgers are great tasting. They have a retro vibe and that's pretty cool for downtown Harrison. The price of the food is really reasonable and the staff were nice each visit I made. Though I ordered take out the last two times I still left a tip because of the service. Will be back soon! In our area they have a restaurant in Scarsdale and another restaurant is in Yorktown Heights. We happen to like the Scarsdale atmosphere, food and the service best. The Yorktown Heights restaurant has better parking, but it is less cozy and not really all that family inviting for a sit-down dinner. The pricing for lunch in the Scarsdale location is really great when you want to order out and have some leftovers for the next day. If you want to spend a little more and you want to have a special occasion dinner then by all means patronize the Scarsdale location because the service is perfect and the food is great!“

“Arriving at 6:00 on a Saturday evening without reservations, my companion and I were delighted to be seated at a small booth in the bar area. Great seating, as it was comfortable and felt private. We each enjoyed a special cocktail, and appetizers of delicious cauliflower and truffle pizza and popcorn shrimp (complete with tiny crumbles of popcorn!) We then really enjoyed the chicken pot pie and cucumber and broccoli entre salad. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. Very fine experience. The servers were on the hustle to please and were very friendly and smiled!! Our waiter Collette ( I hope I spelled it correctly!) Was professional, genuinely friendly, smiled all the time and checked in with us appropriately ( not too much, just right). The vibe was artsy and cultural, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. “Good food & atmosphere, but not great. Tri e ot fo restaurant week. Food was well prepared, just not too exciting, without interesting seasoning. The shrimp & scallop had nicely seared scallop, with Al dente linguine.Dessert was strawberries with whip cream. Again nice homemade whip cream, but nothing special that I would expect from an expensive restaurant.Atmosphere needs updating - lighting is well placed, but someone saved money and put in harsh white LED lights, which just ruin any romantic feeling. Other aspects are similar.All told, a solid dining experience, good food. Just not super exciting. For that special dinner you won't go wrong, but can do better in Nyack.“

“Had a lovely breakfast this morning. Had the egg white, spinach, feta n tomato wrap. It was beautifully prepared as was everyone else's meal. Service was on point from Heidi and she was a breath of fresh air. This restaurant has been around for so many years and I'm happy to report it gets better with age. “This review is about Cafeteria at Stone Barns: Lunch Tray. They have one daily menu featuring their produce from the farm. Lunch tray is consist of small plates priced around $50, which sounds a bit pricey for the portions, but I assume the ingredients are fresh and high quality. When I went there, the lunch menu was some pickles, cured meat, taco and bread - everything was sour - even the dessert looking cake was sour. Balance of the meal was a bit disappointing, so got a small apple for $2, which was soggy and bruised inside, but I liked their coffee.It is a beautiful place for a getaway from the city - an hour drive from Manhattan. The lunch tray could be hit or miss since they only offer one set menu, which you don’t know until you get there, but they have pretty outdoor tables surrounded by nice garden. I would come back for another try later.“

We tried so many different dishes and all were A+ --from clams to salads to soup to shrimp & cannellini, scamorza con carciofi, then gnocchi and mixed grills and veal martini... everything impeccable.
