Had a late lunch with the Wife.. the soup of the day was New England Clam chowder… I usually shy away from that because it’s so thick and heavy.. but the waitstaff ( was fantastic by the way).. assured I’d like it.. well … it was the best Chowder I’ve ever had.. period!.. all made fresh in house.. the broth was light and delicious!.. loaded with Clams and fresh veggies!.. Nice place to dine in Bellport. The short ribs were the favorite of our party. The fried oyster salad wasn't the greatest combo and there was too much breading on the oysters. The Vegan II and Thai Noodle appetizer were good. Unfortunately our server disappeared after taking our order, so no one checked on us and it took awhile to get our check.
