“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. It's one of the few places that offers endless customizations so I can actually get vegan food on long Island! They even have soy protein!The staff is astonishingly helpful and kind. The last time I ordered, I switched out for soy protein but forgot to remove the bacon when I ordered from the app. They called me immediately before making my order to make sure I wanted bacon in there. “This was the first time I tried a bowl here. I had the purple one. It was really good! The portions are big and I loved the coconut chips. Everything tasted very fresh/natural. It smelled really good in the store too.The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the granola. It was a little too crunchy and did not have enough variety to it in my opinion. I like when granola has something else mixed into it such as nuts, seeds or dried fruit. All the staff seemed to be enjoying their job and I liked the atmosphere. I also tried a wellness shot for the first time because I’d never had anything like that before. It was interesting! I’ll def be back.“

They have a ton of options available when it comes to any kind of flavor you could want with your coffee, I opted for their drip with raspberry, which was absolutely delightful. If you don't do your drip right, there's no way you do anything else well, so this is a good sign for my return trip! They offer several teas and an assortment of baked goods to eat as well, if coffee isn't your thing. Staff was very friendly and service was quick to boot. There are a bunch of tables inside and out if you choose to stay awhile, but it is limited and the place seems to fill up pretty quick. Plenty of parking close by either on the street or in the municipal lots in back of the building.“
“I passed by this quaint coffee shop in Lindenhurst on Sunday. I am always looking for new places to try. The place was so cute inside. The Coffee was so good. I believe it was Kayla's choice or barrista choice, something like that, so good! What impressed me the most was a young lady named " Kayla" who helped me with my coffee. It is nice to write a good review on a place that you love but it is very rare when you find people that truly love their job and what they do, especially teenagers. Kayla was super sweet, patient, she listened and got my order right to the tee. You can tell she loves and appreciates what she does. I would gladly tip her every time on her service. “This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle. “I was so excited to try Ralph's after I've heard such amazing things but especially after I heard about their new doughnado. I ordered the triple chocolate brownie doughnado with a chocolate and vanilla soft serve twist, and it was the best tasting food I've ever put in my mouth. It was the perfect combination of ice cream and cookie dough, and they offer enough flavors to satisfy anyone. Aside from the doughnado, they offer an enormous amount of creme ice flavors (this is not ice cream)...so many that it's almost stressful to choose (good problem to have)! What was interesting to learn is that none of the smoothies are made with milk, only water and the protein powder!The consistency of the smoothies was perfect: not very thick, not watery. I got the Chunky Monkey beaut on a Wednesday evening and the PB Chocolate( Reese's PB Cup OMG) when Mike the owner opened at 11 am on Thursday. I tasted the difference right away as my eyes got really big- quality ingredients, generous portions, really well blended, love the classy peanut butter streak along the length and breadth of the big cup, the taste - wow! So many great choices. Mike took his time making my sensational smoothie. The owner Mike is a lovable and fun person. He is a trained chef who ran a kitchen at a bowling alley in Brooklyn before opening this establishment 3 years ago. He is loads of fun to talk to! He wears all these gold chains and bracelets which add to his great personality and the fun menu. I made a friend as I enjoyed my drink. Carol , a regular came in while doing laundry next door and got the honey mustard turkey wrap. She was raving about it so I got one too. Love Love Love!!! You have to go to Eagle's Nest!
