“From Christmas week, 12/26.I'm a bit behind with Burger reviewsThis burger was awesome.I have been here before, last September, but did not post a review here about itI ordered it my usual medium rare, and they cooked it exactly the way I liked it.The meat blend they used is spectacular....It really hit my tastebuds the right way.The bun was fresh, a bit soft, but held up well against the juicy burger..The price was right , $14.50 WITH bacon and cheese.The fries were crispy as I like them.My dining partner had the French Onion Soup, as it was one of the Specials. She said it was up there with one of the best she's had in a while.The service was great!!! Our waitress was quick, professional, upbeat, and funnyIt was busy, as they have a few popular specials on Tuesdays, one being a $22 porterhouse.. The table next to us both ordered it, and they said they loved it.Thanks MerissaThey have their own parking lot, but it fills up quick..There is also street parking. “I had dined at Stella Trattoria only once before, at Christmastime 2022. I can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t get back there sooner. This restaurant is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We were seated immediately upon arrival, & had drinks in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress, Julie, was the best. The food was nothing short of wonderful! It arrived at the table hot, in very generous portions, and was absolutely delicious! When I took out my “doggie bag” to enjoy a second dinner, I found Julie had marked all our containers making it easy to identify the contents, as well as making sure everything came home, sauce and all! Each one of our party of four thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. Stella Trattoria is FINE DINING.“

We like to either sit at the bar or the hi-tops behind it.As soon as we walk in, our eyes immediately move to the chalkboard with all the oyster selections. Last night featured around 7 oyster varieties from Long Island to PEIs, Pebble Beach, Massachusetts etc. We always like to ask our server (Rebecca was the absolute best), which ones stand out and she stated the Pink Moons. We proceeded to order two dozen total, sprinkling in all the varieties. It is heaven on earth here and when they deliver your trays, the convo immediately goes to whether it’s Mignonette or tartar and how much of a lemon squeeze. The absolute best. I told her if ‘Catch’ ever holds an Oyster eating competition , I want to enter…..and win!Our drinks were done to perfection. Filthy martini done perfect (stuffed olives amazing) for wife and Margs for me. We made sure to compliment the bartender.We shared the Soft Shell Crab sandwich for our entree. “We booked my sister's surprise 30th Birthday at the Tap Room in Patchogue and had the BEST experience! Both bartenders were so kind and accommodating the entire time! Also, booking was a breeze! I was in great communication with the Event Coordinators throughout the entire process prior to the party. They were always prompt in answering questions and super friendly. Everyone at the party loved the food (we ordered a few trays of apps) and did the open bar package. The night couldn't have gone any better!“

There are so many other places in the surrounding area that are well known with a lot more space for indoor dining. I would hands down choose Isabella's for the amount of food you receive and the taste (small space to dine in, but we do take out). I’ve said this numerous times I believe since I moved to this area there’s no sense of even going anywhere else I’m a big pizza person the Sicilian in the regular or some of the best I’ve ever had the chicken bacon ranch is probably the best slice of pizza I ever had in my 56 years.
