“The food here is made fresh and it was perfectly cooked. It is delicious I will be coming back again. 10/10 recommend The green sauce is not that spicy but definitely be careful for that red sauce it's VERY spicy. I got the three chicken tacos with onions cilantro radish and lime with side of guacamole personally I would add more salt and lime juice to the guacamole.“

“Hands down the best New England clam chowder I’ve ever had. Lobster bisque was also exceptional. The crab cakes were also delicious. It was our first time stopping here and definitely won’t be the last. What really stood out was the service. The young man who took our order was both helpful and very polite as was a young woman who was working tonight also.Better service than some very high end restaurants.DJ’s is definitely doing everything right! What a pleasureThank you!“

“Last night was the 3rd time I’ve dined at Dirty taco in smithtown! Anytime I come there the food is great, the staff is super friendly and we always have a good time! The wait was about 45 minutes but the girl in the front was really hustling to get everyone seated and so was the gentleman working with her!! I normally don’t write reviews but felt it shouldn’t have gone unnoticed!!! And was impressed! We will be back again!!“

“This place was great! Had a party to attend there, the food came out family style, appetizers were crispy and fresh, Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, Mozzarella sticks, baked clams, fried Zucchini. Then lunch choices, Shrimp Scampi, Eggplant Rollatini & Chicken Piccata. Everything brought out was so delicious and well done, the pasta was not overcooked, the sauce was savory. I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a delicious meal at reasonable price!“

“My fiancee and I have been going to Northern Coast since shortly after it opened, and it never disappoints. This place is the definition of a "hidden gem", being in the lobby at the Hilton Garden Inn on the Stony Brook campus (you don't need to be a student to go, but students get a discount IIRC). Although it's right adjacent to the lobby with little separation, it's much more than your standard hotel eatery with lots of great New American dishes and a warm, comfortable, unique atmosphere.I've tried several dinner items, and all have been great so far, with reasonable prices, sizeable portions, good variety of styles, all fresh-tasting and "made to order". But, if there's one thing I always go back to, it's the roasted chicken. The skin is so crispy and it has a buttery au-jus that's just divine. It comes with some sauteed string beans that are sweet and flavorful as well. I'd also like to mention the pork chops, brussels sprouts, and the peach melba dessert as well. The service never disappoints, and at least when we went, the vibe of the place is calm and quiet (even with being next to the hotel's front desk). I dig the melodic chill/deep house from the hotel lobby, and I also love the style of the place, it's got a clean, colorful look that feels very "90s tropical". Screens are around that rotate through pictures of the food items. We usually eat there pretty late (it's refreshing finding a place that will stay open till 10PM), so I could imagine this place gets a lot busier and noisier at other times (like around college orientation/graduation, or brunch).I love this place and think it's a great addition to the area. Definitely give it a chance if you're in town!“

“This was the 3rd year in a row we have catered from Texaquito. Work with me to create an appropriate catering menu for my parties and have fair prices. The food is always delicious. Chips, salsa, guac, jalapeño poppers, empanadas, taco bar with hard and soft shell options, roasted chicken, beef, fajita veggies, churros, and all the fixings plus many options of sauces. Also, needed some options dairy free and they accommodated with no issues. Have also done regular take out - burrito, quesadilla. All excellent!“

“I don't say this too often, but Ruby Soho's is perfection! From the staff being awesome, Chris and Caitlin ((hope that's the way she spells it)) were beyond nice and professional. Always checking to see if our glasses needed to be filled or just seeing if we were still vibing. The music played is my type of tunes. Punk, Rock, and Emo... How could you go wrong?? Also the deco is raw, edgy and yet still welcoming. Surly a place you could chill for hours. They have a wide selection of beers on tap, and specialty drinks. And the food.. The food is of 5star quality. The shredded beef taco was seriously one of the best tacos I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the fried pickled jalapeños were surprisingly amazing. Far beyond what I expected... If you're in the area, I 100% say stop on in! You won't be disappointed!!“

“I have start out by saying I was upset when the old Mexican food place closed in the mall. But now that Los Amigos is here in the food court...I am fulfilled once again with something so much better! I had the steak tacos and wow these rival some of the best taco places I have been to. Do they cost a little more...yes. Are they worth $10 for 2 tacos...yes...yes! Just look at what you get fresh steak, taste Guacamole, fresh real cheese, crisp lettuce, topped with sour cream. All in a nice corn tortilla that stays together down to the last bite! Go get some of this fantastic food! And wash it down with an old fashioned Coke.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten sensitive and had no reaction to taco ingredients.“

“Showed up on a beautiful spring day to have some tacos. Was greeted right away by a wonderful hostess and asked to sit at the bar with a friend. The server (never asked for his name), was very friendly along with the rest of the staff. The tacos from Left to Right in the picture were Fish Taco, Shrimp Taco and Buffalo Chicken Taco. All 3 were extremely filling. The prices are reasonable. Now on to the margaritas. The house margaritas knocks it out of the park. Very dangerous on an empty stomach ?The berry margarita was a surprising change and had a great depth of flavor. I was even willing to try the Rum Punch but remembered I didn't walk there so I had to postpone it to my next visit. It is a family friendly establishment as I did see families with toddlers. As you look around the room, you see everyone satisfied with their choices. Nothing but smiles.Highly recommended.“
“Came into Los Olivos Deli and indulged in their Tacos de Res, and it was a delightful experience. The homemade tortillas were a pleasant touch - compared to the usual packaged ones, other places use. The meat was impeccably seasoned, and the accompanying spicy sauce and lemon wedge elevated the flavors to a whole new level. There's a lot of place to sit and extensive menu options. Overall, my experience was so enjoyable that I'm already anticipating my next visit. Can't wait to go back for more delicious food at Los Olivos Deli!“

“As soon as I walked into the place. The lady at the front greeted me with kindness and welcomed me. She asked for what I would liked and made the food quickly. The tacos itself were perfectly made and watered my mouth with tasty flavors. I highly recommend and will return again! -Thank “

“This restaurant is similar to a Chipotle or Moe's, as you come in and order at the counter and walk down the showcase choosing what you'd like. It's separated into two different departments. One is Mexican style options (salads, tacos, fajitas, etc...) and the other is frozen yogurt and traditional salads (Greek, Caesar, etc). The restaurant in itself is spacious and clean! And the staff was so helpful, friendly and patient. Here's what we ordered! A chopped Greek salad, a Vegetarian Iguana salad, a Lost Coast sandwich and a Diet Coke. The Greek salad was very large and filled with all different veggies. The dressing, a little too much, but more is better then skimpy. I'd ask for a little less dressing next time. The Iguana salad was filled, tasty, and hit the spot! Both salads came with tortilla chips which were a perfect complement to the salads. Now, the fish sandwich was fair. The fish was cold, not crispy and underwhelming for sure. But, the coleslaw on top was very good. The sodas are refillable which is a plus. Lastly, the prices were fair and decent. Overall, for a taco/salad joint this place holds the 5 stars well.“

“So happy Bubbas was open today for the Sunday street fair on Main Street in Islip. The food is delicious, we got the classic chicken burritos, brotato, shrimp tacos and the queso sause for the chips. It was so busy, but the staff worked hard and kept everything so clean.“

“They're doing "Wing Wednesdays" now. We've been going there for happy hour house margs and wings. Their hottest flavors are Habanero Lime and El Diablo. Our first time ordering these, we were asked about our tolerance for spice, and the waitress explained that enough people order the very spicy wings and then send them back, complaining that they're "too spicy". She was being diligent. 1. If you go out somewhere and order something spicy with "Diablo", "Nuclear" or "Inferno" in the name, it's a clue. It's going to be spicy. Use the ranch dressing or the onion sauce, ice water, what gave you. Cry into your napkin if you must. But have the basic decency not to make your poor decision the kitchen's problem. 2.) There is "macho contest" spicy and "flavorful spicy". The first just pretty much hurts and you can't taste much because the nerves in your mouth are trying to shut down. The second is actually an impressive balancing act and the addition of sweet ingredients like honey and sugar can amplify the perceived effect of spicy peppers. Those things being said, the Habanero Lime wings seemed spicier than the El Diablo wings. Habanero Lime had a forward citrus presence and was very good! El Diablo wings were smokier and while very spicy, had a flavor that we enjoyed more and at no point did it leave us desperate for cold drinks. The wings are winners! And the house margaritas are excellent too! If you don't care for wings, everything else on the menu is great. Whether I choose fajitas, a burrito, tacos or salad, the food tastes like it is freshly prepared and doesn't feel heavy. They might have the best salsa on the whole island. Casual and vibrant ambience, and in seasonable weather, the sliding doors are open and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Go enjoy!“

“I'm sitting in Del Fuego as I write this as I eat my complimentary chips and salsa. Sal our waiter is amazing he knows everything on the menu and is willing to change the regular menu items to accommodate our tastes I ordered the taco of the month which is so delicious it should be added to the menu. The fries are crispy and some of the best I've had anywhere. We are also enjoying a chimichanga which is loaded with filling and deep fried to perfection.“

“Since returning to NY last year I found it interesting to have found more taco trucks on Long Island compared to when I came for the first time in 2019. So this is my new favorite place I always come to. No other taco truck compares.During the pandemic it was rare for me to eat Mexican food, especially finding good burritos and tacos, since I come from Los Angeles I am very critical of my burritos. But this place will NOT disappoint you.Alexiño approves ✅️ ? “
