The parking lot has 35+ spaces, and there is plenty of free street parking.Kid-friendliness: The management and staff are incredibly nice to my kid and offer a small play area for the kids to have some fun in. My kid always gets excited when we dine in.”

Delicious fried chicken, and the owner said most of the menu is gluten free since they use a hand-made breading mix. I had a fried chicken wrap and my husband had the loaded fries (poutine) and both were amazing. The owner was very friendly. We also enjoyed playing one of the available games at our table while we waited for our food. “Drove by at least 100 times. Decided to stop as my wife was hungry. Literally enjoyed everything about the place. My chicken pot pie was so good I took their buy 10 get one free offer. Spent $35 on brunch and another $120 to go. I'll be back next Spring for sure. Oh yeah the owner stayed late so I could retrieve my forgotten cell phone. Highly recommend reservations and recommend through and through. Mike”

“I was so excited to discover that our airbnb was only 8 minutes from Portage Pie while we were visiting NY for the solar eclipse. I've been a fan of owner Connie's posts in a pie baking community on Facebook for many years, so it was serendipitous that I was so close to her shop without even knowing it. We arrived on Sunday morning right at 11 when they opened. I was worried the selection would be limited since we did not pre-order, but they had many extra fruit pies and cream pies for us to choose from. We got an apple crumb and a cherry pie. The crust is so crispy, and the fruit fillings taste fresh and just like homemade. Our cherry pie was still warm when we got it. I highly recommend Portage Pie for quality that is so hard to find in modern-day bakeries!”

“Most importantly, Taqueria Mexicana has moved to it's new location on Lakeshore Drive, next to the car dealership just past the turn to Point Gratiott. It's a 4 minute drive from the original location. The sign at the road is really small, and the previous restaurant sign is still above the door.The burrito and enchiladas were delicious as ever. The ambiance of the dining room is comfortable and festive. As always the staff is friendly and helpful. We love this place, it's a welcome addition to the City of Dunkirk.Parking: There are plenty of spots to park, although the lot can use work, it's bumpy in some places.”

“Larry's is a pillar of the community in Westfield! No frills, Cash only (there's an ATM just inside the door), simple but excellent bar food that comes out hot and fast! Their wings are incredible - I recommend the "Bernie's Special Sauce" On any given night there can be 2 - 40 people. There's the bar to the right that seats about 10, maybe 12? Then a bunch of tables/hightops/standing shelves. Bartenders are quick, nice, no-nonsense. No fancy cocktails here, basic brews, spirits, and great food! Light bar fare, burgers/wings/fried apps maybe a fish sandwich here and there. If you like wings and hometown bars, stop in for an hour and take in the scene. Only open evenings.”
