Got the classic cinnamon sugar pretzel i got no sauce was so dry wasnt even warm and the pretzel dog was way overcooked definitely not the same quality when you see aunt annes in the malls and smell that freshness
The grub is great but the staff are slow. I initially couldn't find the location while in the area, which nearly got me lost, but had to do some searching only to find that it was a hole-in-a-wall. As with the other AA's usually the food is expensive, so only go occasionally. Also, they should start posting when they are out-of-stock when a product is requested. It could save a headache.

Pretzels are thin and not fresh. I go here once every couple of years since they have been open hoping the quality of the pretzels have changed. Not at all! It’s only this spot where I have an issue with their pretzels.
