I've visited this location a few times and service has always been meh. But it has a drive thru which is super convenient when on my way to work. It has gotten better with the new makeover. I used to not like coming here much, they could never make my coffee or lattes right. The donuts were very little selection. Now they had made a big improvement. Not enough for me to give them four or five stars, still don't like the coffee there, but my husband does and the donuts are more pleasant to look at and they have a more selections. This place is one of the most inexpensive DD's in the city!! It's always clean and they make everything fresh to order. I would give it five stars but EVERY visit (I'm there once monthly) they mess up my order. Customer service is exceptional they work to fix any issues you have promptly. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave!!
