Worst BR I have seenWhen you ask for spoon & the worker confirmed he already put it then you open the bag (no spoons) I supposed to eat ice cream with hand maybe!!!Bad customer service

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went there today 4/30/22 to pick up breakfast for myself and my son. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and when I went to eat it, there was a sheet of plastic in my sandwich. When I returned 10 minutes after purchasing, manager Islam initially did not want to give me a refund only another food choice but after a long back and forth he gave my money back. Will not be returning

At first I thought my cashier was half asleep or high. Her eyes were half-open as she proceeded to get my order wrong, twice. Part of my order was 1 donut. I wound up with 4 and, a bill to match. I asked her to recheck my order because the price appeared too high. After I restated my order, she confirmed everything was correct... $15 for a small latte, bc/egg/chs bagel and 1 donut ... My wife made a comment (to me in private) which hadn't occurred to me at the time. Could my cashier not completely understand English? She seemed capable of minor back-and -forth conversation. As I left this Dunkin, I couldn't help but wonder. I could have labored to speak Spanish had she asked (I am fluent enough to survive - it's just breakfast, lol). But, there is also a dilemma here: Spanish-only-speaking food service workers in a diverse neighborhood? If anything, it will hit this Dunkin's bottom line. I will be making my coffee at home more frequently. Dunkin's coffee is not high on my taste list - it's fast (or it's supposed to be). If there was a coffee cart outside, I definitely opt for that.

I would give 0 stars if I could I waited in line for a long time to so that the cashier can tell me that Baskin Robbins is closed for the day and it's only 5pm and the other cashier told him something in their language and he told me I will just do it for you your the last one with an attitude he didn't want to make my drink so I just walked out I was very disappointed

First of all I have no idea who's running this Dunkin they get the order wrong all the time they're extremely slow and they do not understand basic English they need to bring a Dunkin' Donuts head director to get this Dunkin' Donuts up to par they're extremely rude and always packed to the rim we run on Dunkin we are expected to be fast clean and good service I spent eight dollars a day and Dunkin' Donuts. Please send some one from the higher up to fix it and hire people that speak English I just ordered an avocado toast with bacon extra toast it was not toasted I send it back and the lady know the whole thing so the avocado was cooked and I have four strips of bacon it is almost 4 dollars for the bacon avocado toast I would like bacon on it this is my sis complaint I would like this remedied send someone to put this Dunkin in its place no other Dunkin is like this and again me and my friends run on Dunkin

I have never come to this Baskin Robbins and always found what I wanted. There’s always an ingredient missing that takes away from the order and you still have to pay the same price. Please do better at stocking your ingredients.

He refused to take my order just because he couldn't hear me through my mask and while I was asking questions about my order, he was being super rude while I remained respectful told me to move out the way to get the next customer!!! Super unprofessional way to act towards your customers!! We need to teach them employees to give more respect to their clients.

First, I appreciate everyone who continues to show up to work to provide services, food and necessities during this time. With that said, it is important that everyone including staff take the necessary REQUIRED precautions but ALSO practice BASIC food sanitation guidelines. 1. Staff taking orders and touching food should have their mask on covering their mouth and nose not under their chin. 2. When grabbing donuts or any food item from the bin the protective sheets should be used to pick up the food and place in bag. (Not your gloves hands) 3. Just bc you have on gloves does not mean you are germ free 4. You shouldn't handle cash and coins with your gloves and then turn around and grab peoples food with the same nasty gloves. ( I wouldn't accept that before COVID) 5. If you have to use hand sanitizer on your gloves shouldn't you just change your gloves??? I hope the staff receives some food handling training or a refresher as well as are held accountable to properly wear their masks not only for their protection but for everyone else.

Can't complain they always make my coffee right just how I like it. Iced latte / half n half / no sugar - I mean how can you get that possibly wrong?
