Worst BR I have seenWhen you ask for spoon & the worker confirmed he already put it then you open the bag (no spoons) I supposed to eat ice cream with hand maybe!!!Bad customer service

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went there today 4/30/22 to pick up breakfast for myself and my son. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and when I went to eat it, there was a sheet of plastic in my sandwich. When I returned 10 minutes after purchasing, manager Islam initially did not want to give me a refund only another food choice but after a long back and forth he gave my money back. Will not be returning

At first I thought my cashier was half asleep or high. Her eyes were half-open as she proceeded to get my order wrong, twice. Part of my order was 1 donut. I wound up with 4 and, a bill to match. I asked her to recheck my order because the price appeared too high. After I restated my order, she confirmed everything was correct... $15 for a small latte, bc/egg/chs bagel and 1 donut ...
