Ordered delivery on UberEats tonight. I ordered a dozen donuts. 6 glazed and 6 powdered. I received 9 glazed and 3 powdered. The powdered were as hard as a rock and tasted overcooked. I has to spit it out. I gave 3 stars for food because the glazed donuts were okay. I won't be ordering from here again. ?
This place is hardly ever open to use the restrooms. It’s ridiculous. You’re on a highway you’re a rest area and there’s no facilities to use.I’m gonna be making a phone call to corporate Dunkin because I think it’s unacceptable, And I’m gonna be calling the state of New York because you shouldn’t be allowed to operate if you’re not here for the commuters and the travelers on this road! Saturday, 4/13/2024 at 7:40 PM This service area must stay open. There hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. They shouldn’t lock the door inside. Also customers need to use the restrooms as well. Shame on them. They are trouble. I don’t recommend this service area to anyone and I hope they will loose a lot of business.
