I ordered on the app, and nothing I requested except for the size was correct. No whipped cream was added, no cinnamon, doesn't taste like a latte, and no white chocolate pumps. The flip did I pay 6 dollars for trash.

It used to be great but now isn’t - just like everything else in the 10461 zip code of the Bronx. If you pay for an iced latte with flavoured sweeteners, all you end up getting is a watered down coffee with none of the flavoured sweeteners you asked for. Will most definitely not be buying from here from now on because this has happened to me too many times.UPDATE- I also want to mention that I recently purchased a hot coffee here and at the very bottom of it were pieces of black plastic presumably from unkept coffee machines. Please do not try to suggest that it was coffee grinds because I wish they had been. This was large pieces of plastic!!!!

Very bad quality food and drinks are always too sweet or too cold. Unbelievable rude attitude from almost all workers there. Just for trying to replace a drink that came so cold the worker was very angry and took the drink to a room and was there for 5 minutes, and came back with it , I didn’t feel good about it and felt he might put something or spit in it so I left it .

Extremely nasty customer service,rude ...i purchased a hot coffee and the guy behind the counter put his hands on lid you drink from after touching money, that's very unsanitary I requested another cup of coffee and he starting to yell, and another woman from behind the counter starting yelling as well. Absolutely disgusting service would never eat or drink anything in there, flies all over the place too. No thanks.

Great spot. Friendly workers, do not take too long to get your order, and sometimes will give you additional food for free (you don’t ask for it, sometimes it’s just there).
