There isn't anything like NY chinese food. Hood Chinese take out spots are plenty, but finding the great ones are far and few between. The Hong Kong Jackie is a stand out to us regulars who frequent the Hub. It reminds me of a Flatbush chinese spot around Newkirk that i haven't been to in years. This is only a takeout Chinese spot in the south Bronx but man was the food good. We got sesame chicken with pork fried rice, amazing! Crab ragoons, perfectly filled and fried. Chicken wings with fried plantains, hands down the best fried plantains in any Chinese spot I've been to, and egg rolls, which were also delicious. The food and service is great .the atmosphere as far as the settings , it's a small area . I guess since the pandemicTheir was no single seat for me to sit on but there was a bench I could have rest my plate on a table near by put found it more convenient to placed it on my lap..
