Yes this very much a neighbor hood bar. Most the people there where locals and theu felt like a cast of characters off a show. The drinks are very affordable, from the $3 jello shots to the $12 cocktails all easy on the pocket. My favorite part about this bar is definitely there thai Chilli wings and fresh onions rings. We had a Food Pantry Christmas party for the workers who volunteer we had a mixture of or different different hors d’oeuvres everything is delicious. The service is great. The food is delicious. There’s nothing negative I can say about McDermotts. It’s always a wonderful experience. If you haven’t tried it try them.
