If you want your daily fix of coffee, Mottley Kitchenette is the place to go! Their drip coffee is just perfect - not acidic at all which I like. I highly recommend their pastries as well, specifically the cruller donut. Chocolate with a maple glaze and it isn't overbearingly sweet either, which I'd totally expect from maple flavoring. The herb and cheddar biscuit is great if you're looking for a savory bite in the morning. There's only one person workng the counter so wait time might be a little long if there's a line but definitely worth it for some good coffee and pastries. They also have those punch cards where if you make 9 purchases, you get $5 off your 10th!

Great service and delicious hot chocolate with oat milk. Great and friendly service. The coffee shop is a bit hidden and parking can be really difficult cause of current construction sites. The coffee shop is nicely designed. I was looking forward to the breakfast burritos but they were all gone in like 2 hours ?. Not a fan of a cold breakfast but it was pretty good. They need keep more of those burritos or have a cook on premises but other than that, it’s cool.

I'm not even sure what to write about. Delivery isn't cheap. I can't seem to figure out how to ask for a refund via Uber... Nothing was salvageable. No thoughts or considerations were made to prepare my my meal for a safe delivery. They forgot my utensils. Honestly idk what to say lol my bag spilled all over the deliverer and didn't even make it into my building. Tip: make sure the cup holder fits the flat part of the bag. Use cardboards. Be thoughtful?

Probably the only stylish breakfast place in the neighborhood. Seems very popular among the locals. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches and maccha latte. Very good. If the food and drink were served with real plate and cup when dine in, would have been nice. Next time I want to try their croissants.

All I can say is wow. The espresso grind here is very refined, and it’s hard to find a coffee shop that knows what they’re doing these days. The woman who works there always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy before I leave!

Must get pastries: Vegan carrot cake, brownie, chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate croissant. They are all delicious! The espresso drinks are very good too. They have a table with local merch for sale. The manager was very welcoming and spent time to get to know me a little. I love visiting Mottley Kitchenette and look forward to going back to try more of their delicious pastries.
Mottley Kitchenette is so absolutely awesome. I can see the charm and why so many love Mottley Kitchenette. Every thing we purchased was awesome and the menu itself was to die for. Team are very pleasant and service is really quick. Overall I'll recommend Mottley Kitchenette to anyone which I have.

First visit -- have been hearing about it for a while. Ordered a cortado and a maple cruller. Absolutely delicious. The cruller was light and eggy and just top notch. I'll definitely be back.

This place is SO CUTE! It’s the perfect grab + go version of their main location. The pastries and coffee are always fresh and served by the kindest baristas, who are always engaging and really add to the experience. The lighting in the space is spectacular, I can’t wait to be able to read a book inside when indoor dining is back again! Definitely a staple to start my morning, I’m so glad this place opened in my neighborhood!

Such a cute little place! The location is great convenient for me. The food is yummy and really good at filling you up, also priced decently if you’re really trying to stretch out your budget. I usually only like black coffee but occasionally I will try one of the other drinks. My days started off with a small coffee but now I’ve worked my way up to a large because it’s so good! The staff is so friendly and welcoming... they keep me coming again and again! Highly recommend
