Mottley Kitchenette

If you want your daily fix of coffee, Mottley Kitchenette is the place to go! Their drip coffee is just perfect - not acidic at all which I like. I highly recommend their pastries as well, specifically the cruller donut. Chocolate with a maple glaze and it isn't overbearingly sweet either, which I'd totally expect from maple flavoring. Great service and delicious hot chocolate with oat milk. Great and friendly service. The coffee shop is a bit hidden and parking can be really difficult cause of current construction sites. The coffee shop is nicely designed. I was looking forward to the breakfast burritos but they were all gone in like 2 hours ?. Not a fan of a cold breakfast but it was pretty good. They need keep more of those burritos or have a cook on premises but other than that, it’s cool.

Probably the only stylish breakfast place in the neighborhood. Seems very popular among the locals. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches and maccha latte. Very good. If the food and drink were served with real plate and cup when dine in, would have been nice. Next time I want to try their croissants.
