I was introduced to their food actually through donation. They donated food to a center that takes charity for disabled individuals, veterans etc the food was AMAZING! i had rice over chicken and veggies.They left menus so I took one because I want to visit in person eventually ❤️
I decided to try David's soul food yesterday, it's a No for me! I purchased fried fish, yams and string beans, I actually wanted spinach but they didn't have anymore. The string beans tasted, well, there was No taste, no seasoning whatsoever, Bland is the word as if they'd been sitting in a pot full of water, the yams were okay, too much cinnamon for my taste and the fish was also tasteless. The young lady that served me did an excellent job with my order,the only thing I did not like was I wanted spare ribs and I was almost given some kind of meat that was boneless,I told her put it back and ordered chicken.I will try again with their oxtail,more to come.
