Went in for coffee and a place to study before my friend had her shift at the hospital. The young man behind the counter thought it would be hilarious to call me, “sir, because of my appearance (short haircut and attire). I didn’t know that blatant discrimination was trending. We told the server standing beside the tablet we were staying and sat at a table. He literally asked us to prepay for the coffee and her food. No other patrons were asked to prepay and no one else had any issues. This is not the first time we have been here, as I said, my friend works at the hospital close by. It appears as though this business would prefer to cater to Albanians, “straight” looking people, and not POC. Lastly, when I asked for our check, it was dropped on her tablet and I was told I had to stop studying and go to the counter to pay. What? We watched checks with cards brought up to the counter by the two servers. Don’t come here if you’re LGBTQIA, non-white, or not Albanian. You can literally see, hear and feel the disdain and disgust.

Horrible service, the servers think they making you a favor for serving you. Some of them on the phone, some eating and drinking in front of costumers and also JUDGING. They forget they are there to serve and that’s it. Do better !!!!

This is a popular coffee spot and always busy. Decor is modern and crisp. Coffee is decent and staff is friendly but it’s a little chaotic and hard to get a seat. Yes I would go back but I would like to see where the line is.

Eastern European cafe, great place for sitting with friends or family to have a conversation or study. Our favorites are their biscuit cake, tres leches, banana espresso shake, and large macchiato. *Best macchiatos. Clean and cozy environment that brings you a feeling of the city center in Prishtina, Kosovo. Thank you for giving me the feeling of my hometown (of my parents) and I wish you success and good health for those of you who work there!

I come here a lot so they know me by now, everytime i come I order s choco shake and ask for less milk, because they always add SO much milk and I can't taste the chocolate of the chocolate milkshake. But everytime I come they never listen, I stopped ordering the milkshake and started getting coffee, thats pretty decent. The cakes are mid, you can taste that theyre not fresh. Its loud, (which can be expected in a coffee shop), and the music is unnecessarily loud. If your Albanian its a great place, but generally, not.

Today, I sat on the table for good 25 minutes or half an hour, and nobody came to take my order!!!Usually, it's a long wait, but today wasn't crowded to be ignored for such a long time.

The cafe was packed and you had to find your table, not a line or queue. The coffee was fine and came with dirty spoons. Their Tiramisu was at least a day old, the top was cracked. One of three servers, he was kind and present to work with.Parking: It was quite a challenge to find a parking spot.

Walked in to order some hot cocoa and was immediately brushed off saying they ran out. Seems hard to believe since it was so early in the day still. I was also the only person of color there, not sure if that's why. People smoking right outside the door was uncomfortable to walk past as well.
