Whenever I'm in the bronx I look for good African Food with quality. We ordered the Lamb Dibi which was spicy, the serving was also small and wasn't tender. I initially came for the grilled chicken but they were all out.So I went with the fried croaker and plantain. The vinaigrette was good and the plantain could have been seasoned more. Nothing really left a "wow factory" to me while eating. I hope to give yopcity another try. Until then there's still more left to be desired.

I was invited by a friend to watch the game at Yop City during the african cup of nations which is a massive football/soccer tournament in africa and it was an amazing discovery for me. The food tasted delicious and the service was impeccable. I would definitely reccommend this restaurant to everyone.
