I have being eating this cake for the past 50 years I still haven't found a cake baked as Good as Valencia and don't get me wrong there are some good ones but not as Valencia God Bless the bakery and the founder
My family's tradition from 50' , 60' ,70' until present have always made this tradition . Weddings , baptisms , all other parties were and still being celebrated with Valencia . Last year at S/A Hudson Yards I surprised my sons' whole 4 grade graduating scholars with a big Valencia sheet cake .
