Xokotl is a hidden gem for Mexican food in the Bronx! The food is delicious, authentic, and freshly made and cooked. Each time I have eaten here, I have left feeling satisfied and full. The portions are generous and the prices are very good given the cost of ingredients nowadays. There are lots of breakfast and smoothie options, too. Highly recommended! Five stars!
I happen to see this deli on my way home recently and decided to order from there. I ordered the steak burrito bowl and my sister had the tinga burrito bowl. It is among the most delicious I have ever had. Filling, fresh ingredients and just delicious. I would definitely order again. Too bad I forgot to take a picture.
