They chased us down for not leaving a tip, meanwhile we didn’t get any service
My son and his friend went there for karaoke. All they paid for was a small private room for 2 and half hours. The price on the room that was charged. They didn’t order any drinks or food. The waitstaff chased them down after they paid their bill and told them they needed to tip them. That is completely unprofessional. A tip is for service. They paid for the room. They received no other service. A tip is gratuitous. It is not expected. Ever. For the waitstaff to come after these young men is highly inappropriate. A “tip” is given only for going above and beyond the service paid for. They paid for their goods. No other service was given. What the waitstaff did was rude and offensive. If you require a gratuity then charge it. Or raise your prices. But NEVER expect a tip.

i had an amazing time with my 2 friends! we came in to hide from the hot summer heat and their air conditioning was busssinnn. we came in on a thursday evening and it seemed like there wasn’t too many people. no outside food or drinks allowed, but they offer credit to use to buy food there! definitely get the fries and chicken nuggets. they don’t make you throw out anything which i appreciate; they just make you put it on a counter near the entrance. we stayed in room 2, which had plenty of space for the 3 of us. it was only $25/hr and there is a 20% service fee. one of the mics weren’t charged, but our servicer was very attentive and came as soon as we tapped on the service button. we prob called him in 5 times and each of the times he came in, he was very helpful in answering our questions about pricing and ordering food (he didn’t even need to write anything down and got everything we asked for :) ) also, they gave us a free shot of patron each, which was so nice of them. no one was rude or judged us even tho we looked way underdressed lol. we had a great time!!
