The food was aight.. The drinks were HORRIBLE (way too sweet for a margarita) in a 7 or 9oz plastic cup. The music got better as the night went on. The crowd is young and LIVE, but that's expected. The hookah tasted weird.. I'm not sure if it was the flavor or the charcoal, but it was off. All that being said, my experience wasn't horrible. The drinks were!

Visited this place the other night as it was on my bucket list , the food was good and came out hot and fresh the bartender was nice and her drinks were good and very pretty the hookah girl Harley was very nice her hookah was good and she was very helpful throughout the place although she was not our server she helped out as if she was she reminds me of myself a team player

I’m giving this place a 5 star for the sole purpose of the 2 young ladies that worked Wednesday night the bartender Bianca who drinks were very good and customer service was top tier and the young lady who at first I thought was a server turns out she was the hookah girl I believe her name was Harley the way she was serving the tables, drinks and bringing food from the kitchen one would have thought she owned the place she was very attentive and extremely nice , she was very knowledgeable and her hookah was exceptional if they had more staff like these 2 girls the business would flourish

Service was impeccable. The bartender looked like she was working by herself and she was checking on customers periodically, reassuring them she didn’t forget about them. Food was really good had the lobster Mac with wings. Drinks were lit! I think the bartender name was Bianca. A1!

The service was slow as hell and the manager/ bouncer at the door is a foolish man. Not only did I have to pay a $20 cover charger, The only thing that tasted even remotely good was the wings . My steak was crispy af ( burnt ) , my mash was cold & hard & my Mac just tasted like pasta & cheese. The frozen margarita & one of there specialty drinks were weak . Even after a complaint about my food that I no longer wanted I was still told I had to pay for the meal that would be “remade” for me & I was still given burnt steak .I have never been anywhere where they “can’t“ take something that I didn’t eat off the bill. The waiter was nice but the service was just too slow & this spot is not crazy big .This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I have ever been to & will absolutely not be returning. Such a disappointment.

The bartender was sweet. But aside from that the salmon was teeny TINY and could fit in the palm of my hands for $26 ??♀️ but the bartender felt bad and gave me another piece to go. The mash came out cold and the Mac n cheese was sub par (made with rotini shells not macaroni).My friend had jerk wings and they were rock hard, dry and over cooked. I ordered a Caribbean lover to drink and it was watered down and I couldn't taste a single ingredient in there. I asked to add more cream of coconut hoping it would taste a little better but I was wrong. The only decent thing was the margaritas but they do not mix the ingredients (liquor or flavoring). It just sits there. The liquor is pooled at the bottom the bartender warned me to not put the straw at the bottom or I will be drinking straight liquor instead of her just mixing it in. The strawberry flavoring stayed on top.Then the bill comes and it was sky high for 3 drinks, appetizer and 1 entree. Oh and they automatically add 18% gratuity. We won't be back. Other than the nice bartender everything else was terrible.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars this place is ridiculous I sat over an hour waiting for food , got my drink, hookah and was offered another drink to be told the food would be another 30 mins . I waited a total of 95 minutes - yes you read that right - At this point I only had one drink and a hookah - I asked for the check which too another 30 mins ? 2 hrs passed so then I walked out after paying for my hookah with the hookah girl. the bartender LEFT the bar ran a whole block to my car and knocked on my window to ask me why I didn't pay for a $20 drink.... After wasting a hour and a half of my time. Had absolutely no apology no nothing just a hand out at my CAR window !! I can't make this up !! I had to go home with a empty belly cause nothing is open that late. Bartenders and staff rude as ever ! Security not even really security. Absolutely distasteful!!

I spoke to somebody that worked there that said we could sit at a booth and they told us to get up because somebody had reservations however we called asking if we had to make reservations and they said no. Bathrooms was disgusting. Everyone was rude, nobody greeted us , just a mess. We asked for our cover charge back and they declined although we never received service.

This lounge/bar was not of great service. I went here on a Thursday night with my cousins and we were all disappointed. We got there at 9:15 and they was still in the process of setting up explaining that they just opened when google said 8pm. First, the waiter took our order but forgot something which was okay because the cook still made it and we wasn't charged for it. After acting like she was going to make the drinks, the real bartender showed up but the drink was mediocre 4/10. Surprisingly, the food didn't take super long to come but the sliders didn't have no ketchup or mayo, not seasoned, and the bun of the sliders was cold (veah like outside cold). My cousin had Mac n cheese but that just tasted like a cheesy plain pasta with no seasoning again. The chicken was okay. On top of that the two ladies didn't check on us not once the whole night and we needed multiple things such as (napkins, forks, sauces...) Yeah they didn't give us forks, we had to get up about 4 times to ask for things. Oh, and the music was basic and repetitive.
