I have ordered from here many times and it is usually good but the last 2 times I have been disappointed with the food quality. The curry I ordered had a thick layer of oil and another soup had a piece of dirty plastic in the broth.I’ll probably try them one more time because I have had positive experiences in the past but I am disappointed with my recent experiences.

If your craving vegan asian food, this is the spot. Literally had to double check their website to confirm they are fully vegan because nothing tasted vegan. Literally one of THE BEST vegan asian restaurants ive tried thats on the affordable side. The flavors are there !!! This place reminds me of my fav local Vietnamese spot before i went vegan.

Came here for a quick bite and ordered the fried king mushroom lunch meal and it wasn't underwhelming. The brown rice wasnt hot, the mushroom was made up of tiny pieces of mushroom stalks and three pieces of unseasoned broccoli. Didn't seem worth the price, but perhaps I should try the other dishes. Service was great, no complaints there.

I love Amituofo! I’ve been here many times and can’t tell you how amazing it is to have a vegan Thai iced tea (surprisingly hard to find at Thai places). I love their kimchi fries, sushi options, and the general Tsos tofu is my go-to. I’ve taken out here and eaten in. The servers and staff are always so lovely and kind. This is definetly one of my top 5 vegan spots in Brooklyn and maybe even NYC!

It's taken me a while to write this review b/c life happens.. I really never leave bad reviews, even if it's deserved. But this is needed. We got our delivery and it smelled, to my husband who does eat meat, a bit off. I have been a vegetarian for years and am used to fake meat occasionally not smelling 'normal'. I ate and by the middle of the night woke up, sorry, purging from everywhere. I was only able to attempt drinking water for days after and even ingesting that little bit resulting the same. I ended up going to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with Shinga toxin-producing E. coli. I needed multiple IV infusions to recover. People literally become infected with STEC when they eat any product contaminated with the bacteria. DO NOT EAT HERE!! It is obvious their workers are not following basic food safety.

The best vegan food, but also the girl who is usually working front of house when we go there is very professional and a breath of fresh air to deal with. Around here in Brooklyn there are a lot of vegan places but most of them seem to not be able to find polite, professional front of house people. It’s such a bummer to go to a vegan place you are excited to try to then have to deal with a rude unprofessional server. It’s better to just go here and avoid any frustration.

Fantastic vegan Asian food. Super fresh veggies cooked fast with flavor that pops, brown rice is assumed (instead of extra charge), fab noodles too. Very casual, always

Been coming here for awhile and even after leaving NYC, it’s still one of the best vegan pan-Asian spots. Prices are reasonable and the service is good/quick.Some items are really good, others can be hit or miss. A couple of items that I DON’T recommend are:- Wonton soup: it’s overpriced for what it is. The wonton wrappers themselves barely have any filling (practically non existent) and there are a few salad leaves/onions.- Kimchi fried rice: it barely has any soy protein in it, so maybe it could be work as a side to other items, but it’s sold as a meal.If you get nothing else, get the kimchi fries - those are FIRE.Vegetarian options: It’s completely veganDietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options. Menu is not completely allergen friendly, but no dairy products (as far as I know)

Usually very accurate, but today I ordered a spicy tuna avocado roll which I’ve ordered dozens of times. To my surprise they added a hefty chunk of cucumber to the roll, and almost no spicy tuna whatsoever. I hate cucumber so I was extremely disappointed when I got home, as to me this was inedible. I would not have ordered it if they had updated the menu to include the cucumber. I also asked for white rice instead of brown and they sent brown, which is also problematic because my partner cannot eat brown rice so there was no rice for his meal. The food did come out quickly, but I will not make the mistake of leaving for a 40 minute drive home without checking each of my items for accuracy in the future.
