Maloya Reviews
The food is goood, y'all! My party of 2 went for Sunday dinner. Heads up for patrons: service is more French style, and/or "island time" i.e. not the usual American pace. This was part of the overall intimate charm. Sam the owner was tending bar and was the sole service staff that evening. He spoke with us at length about rum styles and sourcing - and he was equally attentive and conversational with other parties. Overall, a beautiful setting to enjoy fantastic food.
i never leave reviews on anything but had to leave one for this restaurant! everything was so delicious and flavorful. i'd never had french creole food before and maloya exceeded all expectations.our servers were also so sweet and friendly! the samosas and boeuf bourguignon were amazing and the almond cake with ginger ice cream on the dessert menu was INSANE. i love finding new restaurants in the neighborhood, don't miss this one! <3

This place is an overall great time and great addition to the neighborhood! The staff were amazing with their service and knowledge about the region and menu, and the co-owner was making drinks at the bar! The cocktails and food are a must try!Drank: TI’ PunchAte: Salade Creole (loved), Camarons Coco-Vanille (loved especially the vanilla bean sauce)
