Went in there today there was a sign that said club sandwiches 9.75 under said special with soda and chips they said that's not correct I told them the sign needs to be taken off or the part under with the special needs to be taken off the manager which I assume was the owner was very dismissive and rude about it I will not be going back

Just spent almost $6 for a bagel that barely has any dried tomato tofu spread on it. Every bagel place I usually go to are generous with the cream cheese/ tofu because that is why you pay so much for a bagel. But at this place, I barely got anything on my bagel and the spread didn’t taste fresh. I’m disappointed and will ne be going back ??

It’s really hard for me to believe that this place only has 4.1 stars! Food is phenomenal,everything from the croissants, bagels, sandwiches and the freshest salads. Also the portions are great especially for the price. I highly recommend the smith street salad. I also placed a large order online for our office and when we got the order, nothing was missing.

My favorite bagel shop in Brooklyn! The bagels are so fresh, you can tell they're homemade. And they are so quick!
I've gotten burnt bagels here *over 5 times,* the last time was the LAST time. Not anywhere near a good bagel. Pushy rude staff, expensive, and a small burnt bagel at the end. 4/5 times my order has been incorrect as well. It's literally just not worth it, save yourself the headache.

My first time in the establishment. The service was great; very friendly. I had a onion bagel with butter and ice coffee. Bagel was good, toasted just right.

Lacks accuracy and energy. Their ordering & payment workflow is slow and messy. Recently I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and onion. They gave me tomato – the guy had asked me three times what I wanted – and the process took 12 minutes from ordering to paying.
