This is a neighborhood gem. I’ve never had a bad dish here, but the duck fat potatoes and leek salad are can’t-miss items. They have successfully struck a balance between refined yet casual/approachable. We love it equally as a weeknight date spot and a nice Saturday night out. Great ambiance, plus a very friendly staff and owner. In a city full of unlimited restaurant options, Bar Bête is actually worth multiple visits.
Loved the food, this is one of the best places I've been to in Brooklyn. Every dish was superb! The omelette was amazing, the Gnudi was astonishing, and the ham and cheese was delicious.Kudos!

A restaurant that has been on my list for too long! Tried their winter menu and it was so good! The ricotta gnodi has the most fresh red crab. The tuna toast was so flavorful.
