I am usually skeptical about food carts, but have had a couple meals from this place. Their food has been always fresh and tastes awesome.A nice added bonus is that you can pay with Zelle without additional charges.
Brother's is a Halal cart sitting right in front of American Eagle on Fulton and Hoyt. It's stayed open during the Coronavirus closures and has maintained a pretty basic menu. I tried the combination plate with salad over rice. It tasted exactly how I expected - a decent meat and rice plate with white sauce. Its a clean cart with fast service and I see them turn out a lot of food everyday, so you can't go wrong!

This is my favorite of all Halal food carts in the city. The portions are pretty generous. I recommend getting the chicken over rice. There are chairs nearby that you can sit on if you want to eat outside.
