Visiting from Florida. Came to BWW at ATBK. Was told that we had to wait to be seated because there was not enough servers. They took my name and phone number and told me it would be about 15-20 minutes. I come back after 12 minutes to see people just arriving being seated. The host (now a new girl) says she didn't know there was a wait list. Then proceeds to sit me at a table that was filthy with food and napkins all over the floor. I asked for it to be cleaned before we would sit. They did and then preceeded to take an additional 15-20 minutes for the waiter to come to the table and greet us. NOTE: it was a Wednesday late afternoon (4:30). They were not that full or busy.

Poor Management!!! 139 Flatbush aveWell where do I start. I come to BWW almost every Tues for the BOGO wings. Each time I come here the staff & mgr says there is a 10 wing max order. Informed them that is not what the app says but no worries I will order 10. I am with a party of 5. We all ordered at the same time 3 of us got our food while the other 2 watched us eat and have our food bagged to go before theirs even arrived. We also were seated without napkins and when we asked our server (K something female) she said oh y'all need napkins. OMG!! Mgr Javier was called to the table due to our complaints and he was argumentative, rude never apologized and very dismissive. I will miss coming here. Btw Ron is excellent and always rights his co-workers incompetence.

This BWW is getting worse and worse as time goes on. They used to be great when they first opened now, just sloppy, especially when you're picking up an order or order delivery. I waited about 10+ plus minutes just for someone to come assist with my pick up order. More people was waiting around longer than me to get served. Just unprofessional. The young lady with the dreads is always nice, however. She's been there for years. The last 2 several times I've ordered, they messed up. I paid for extra sauces, but they don't put in the bag. I went last week, ordered 20 pieces traditional for pickup, got home, and only 18 pieces were I. The order. I made a complaint on their website and request follow up but that hasn't happened. Complaints I made used to get followed up by Daniel but don't know if he's still working there as the last couple of complaints have gone unanswered.

Came here to eat the hostess seated us and no waiter came by for 15 mins. He walked by looked at us from a distance and didn’t say anything. Tried to get his attention and he looked and scurried off really quickly. It was very odd. Ended up just leaving.

Never been at a more dirty and unorganised BWW. None of the tables were clean when I arrived. Items were not placed on the table but thrown. Food is served without napkins. Staff was not rude, not at all even, but very uninterested in even providing the tiniest bit of service. The food itself is more than fine, so that’s something. But the dirt. Beyond belief.

the old bay on the fries were very extreme I'm not sure if it was because they just opened but wayyy much seasoning on the fries my heart is killing me now lmfaooo

waited 15 min for the waitress to take our order meanwhile tables who were sat after us were severed . After placing our order we didn't receive our drinks for 35 min , we ended up cancelling and walking out.

I recently tried the new Swiss cheese and mushrooms burger and I was in a trance with every bite. On my first bite I involuntarily moaned and everyone asked me what I was having, I gave them a piece of my burger and they all moaned as well.

Food was just delicious and they were killing it. More than I expected from Buffalo wings. Service was great depending on the food and drinks. Although I have to say the company policies just are unacceptable about letting no people over 21 in after 10pm. Atmosphere was fine, but it is located in the middle of a shopping mall so vibe Is kinda killed after you work through that to get to the restaurant.In general it is decent and I would only recommend it if you are looking forward to the food :)
