This BWW is getting worse and worse as time goes on. They used to be great when they first opened now, just sloppy, especially when you're picking up an order or order delivery. I waited about 10+ plus minutes just for someone to come assist with my pick up order. More people was waiting around longer than me to get served. Just unprofessional.
