I requested a well-done burger. When I bite into it, it screams and bleeds. How challenging is cooking a hamburger? I don't eat blood as a habit as some people do.

Very disappointed in my lunch today, food was cold and sloppy; I feel like this was done on purpose. These people smile when taking your order but they are not friendly. Today will be the last time I eat at this place because of the customer service and food quality. We don't have many food choices in the area where I work walking distance but I'll rather bring lunch or walk to Myrtle for better options. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone going forward.

This is the last time I’m coming here. How can you yell at someone for asking them to repeat an order you mess up TWICE! If no customers come into your business can it stay open ? How do you justify blatant disrespect for something coming out of MY POCKET you didn’t give it to me for free

They were nice enough to replace my meal. I had originally ordered j*** wrap but it was very spicy. I have high spice tolerance but this j*** wrap was too spicy after just one bite. The chicken empanada was good.

Workers are great, but clearly are understaffed and management needs to hire more! They had one employee cooking, taking calls and also taking orders with a line of customers. The employees are doing all they can but need more help.

The online ordering was wonky - I never received a confirmation- but the burger was great and fries hot and crispy, so all good.

This place is small and looks like any other restaurant, but this one of my favorite meals in the city. The cheeseburger here is great. It's nothing extravagant, but when I'm craving a good cheeseburger this is exactly what I imagine.Now my favorite part is the fries. I think it's definitely the best fries I have had in NYC so far. They are perfectly crispy and well seasoned. I have gone out my way to go here literally because of the fries.The service is good too. We had no issues ordering, and the cashier told me about the deal they had on the specific burger I ordered, so he was very helpful. The food was also ready fast. It probably took no longer than 10 or 15 minutes. Overall I would come back again. The places is small and only has a few seating options, but the food is great and can't recommend it enough. If you're at the Brooklyn Museum, it's a perfect spot to grab lunch afterwards.

This was my second time here and I'm very surprised by the poor reviews. I stumbled along this place when looking for some good fries and was immediately convinced when I saw the pictures. I've been in NYC 3 years and have been looking for these exact fries all that time. They're perfectly crispy, always so fresh they're hot to the touch, and pair perfectly with their burgers. I traveled all the way from west Harlem to come here and it's so worth it. The prices are beyond reasonable, the staff are incredibly friendly and quick, and the food lives up to the hype. The space itself is pretty small with limited seating, but I've had no problem grabbing a seat for two both times I've been here. Maybe we're just lucky! It's also pretty quiet, but not eerily so which makes for a relaxing lunch. There's no bathroom, but if you walk 5 minutes to the Brooklyn museum, you can use their bathrooms and don't have to pay an entrance fee. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good, reliable food and service. I'll be back!
