Workers are great, but clearly are understaffed and management needs to hire more! They had one employee cooking, taking calls and also taking orders with a line of customers. The employees are doing all they can but need more help.
This place is small and looks like any other restaurant, but this one of my favorite meals in the city. The cheeseburger here is great. It's nothing extravagant, but when I'm craving a good cheeseburger this is exactly what I imagine.Now my favorite part is the fries. I think it's definitely the best fries I have had in NYC so far. They are perfectly crispy and well seasoned. I have gone out my way to go here literally because of the fries.The service is good too. We had no issues...read full review

They were nice enough to replace my meal. I had originally ordered j*** wrap but it was very spicy. I have high spice tolerance but this j*** wrap was too spicy after just one bite. The chicken empanada was good.
