If you want to know how good this store is, just visit the one on 5th & 69th and you'll see the difference, the 69th street are thieves literally (they charge $20 for an Ice Cream Sandwich pack).I love this branch, all the staff are really nice and friendly, they make you wanting to go back to their store.Thank you for being decent human beings.
First time ordering a birthday cake at carvel. Took a look at the website and was interested in the butterfly one. Went in to the store and the staff (didn't get his name, asian male) was very informative and was told I can customize the cake with different colors. I was thinking that's cool, I can choose different colors rather than the default one on the website. But when I picked up the cake, it was 10x better than the website.
