Dimmer & Summer is a new dim sum restaurant addition to our neighborhood. We were in the mood for some dim sum and decided to try this local spot. As we checked in on Yelp, we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary steamed pork buns, which were absolutely delicious. A truly memorable dinner. Dumplings, curried and fried prawns and bok choi, all new to me! I really liked everything. The dumplings have a "soup" inside that you can choose from different types.We accompanied everything with a lychee tea, delicate and well paired!However, the food is not heavy and very easily digestible!The robot cat that brings your order to your table is really cool.????Well done!Vegetarian options: Oh god, the bok choi was good!
