Waited for over an hour for my order to be picked up (with the delivery person at the restaurant for at least 30 minutes). Ultimately, I gave up and canceled. Very disappointing service.

My sausage was burnt and full of gristle. And my noodles, (my orchiette) were all stuck together. I just waited 2.5 hours for my order from dino to be delivered. In order that had to be reassigned to multiple drivers because they took so long. I expected the quality of the food to be perfect, bc they took a really long time to prepare it. And naturally my food was cold because it took so long. I want a full refund but I didn't get one. Skip this place. Graziella is always on point!

Got the Oriecchiette. It wasn’t good lol. Watery sauce, tough kale, and just a bland taste overall. Seriously, you can cook a better pasta at home without trying.

Everything was so good! The pasta was some of the best I've had in NYC. We got fig and espresso ice cream and both were yummy. For 2 appetizers 2 entrees and 2 desserts it was about $40 each which isn't bad at all. Great music (erykah badu, jackson 5, amy winehouse) and the staff was on top of it and very friendly. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Loud.Food was fine, but they took al dente to a whole new level so that the pasta was too hard and chewy.Service was wonderful.

I’ve been looking forward to finally trying this place out! Ordered the Rigatoni Ragú Pasta and Spinach Gnocchi Pasta. Unfortunately, the pasta is terrible. Cafeteria pasta could compete with this..and honestly, it might win. Sauce is flavorless and dull, void of all spice, quality and depth. It tastes like it came out of some cheap can. There’s really not much else to say. It was just plain… bad. I was confused at how it could be that bad. You would do better heating up a can of grocery store premade sauce and Ikea meatballs. Also, the Spinach Gnocchi pasta which was supposed to come with roasted garlic cream was just green nodules in flavourless tomato muck. No hint of garlic or cream. No photos because I chucked it out so fast and really don’t want to make y’all as sad as I was after tasting this. Worst pasta in NYC.

The dining experience at the restaurant was a bit mixed. While the food was enjoyable, the service felt somewhat impersonal. It was our first visit, so we had a few inquiries, but it seemed to bother our server. On the bright side, the other staff members, such as the host and busboys, were friendly and accommodating. However, the service did feel a bit rushed. The meal was served in two courses, leading to a long wait for the first course.Let's begin with the positives. The branzino special stood out as the highlight of the menu, and the crostinis were also delightful. I ordered the liver pate, eggplant, and squash, and was pleasantly surprised to receive two pieces of each. The cauliflower soup was also a hit. However, the fried calamari, while having a nice and light breading, was lacking in tentacles, which was disappointing as I enjoy both parts. Additionally, the Orecchiette was a bit too al dente for my taste, although the flavor was excellent. Not a bad meal but with so many restaurants in the area I don't think I would repeat.
Bad. Nope.
