Received the wrong order after paying and providing tip. Called in to inform staff that we received the wrong order and the person doesn’t eat pork. I was met with rudeness, stating he doesn’t know how I received the wrong order (ugh you guys packed the wrong order!), after 4 minutes of rudeness, questioning, and threats I was hung up on. Terrible service and this is not the first time. I can’t wait until my friend opens a domino’s in the area to run them out of business. They’re providing terrible service because they’re the only Dominos around. That will change! They need new management if they want to stand a chance…. I must mention the delivery guy deserves 5 stars as he was friendly, greeted me with a smile and brought my food to my door unlike the other delivery persons in the past.

Ordered online, said it would take 45-55mins. After an hour and a half of waiting (and tracker said the delivery person was on the way), the tracker suddenly said “Completed” when I never got my order… now the store’s phone doesn’t work at all, can’t contact anyone at the store or at Domino’s. Never ordering Domino’s again

I ordered a delivery through UberEats and specified that they should meet me at my door. The delivery driver called me and said I need to come downstairs. Me, just getting home from a 6 hour flight said no. There’s an elevator and I requested delivery to my door. The delivery person hung up on me.I called the store and asked what’s the deal. They told me it was policy that delivery drivers don’t go upstairs.This is false. They came upstairs a week before this. I argued the point and the person at the store cursed at me and hung up. I’ve never had this experience with dominos so this might be the worst location in existence.I’d strongly suggest that no one ever place an order to this location.

Same problem with another domino’s. If they want us to come down for delivery pick up, they shouldn’t charge for delivery + tip. The delivery took like an hour and the guy asks me to come down. If they eliminate that cost I would be happy to come down and pick it up. Very rude manager, very rude delivery guy. These guys are not aware of their brand. They do not deserve to run this franchise with this this attitude.

Why would u send me icing and I have noCinnamon nothing..This is like the 4x..yall messing up the order. And I want my 75.cent back..And we eat alot of dominos..yall never pay attention at this location

This was poor service. I couldn’t even give this pizza to my kids and then I was missing an item. The guy never came to my building I had to go find him with my food Then when I called to talk to a supervisor they hang up on me so I called back he tryed to act like he was the supervisor like it’s not the same voice on the phone. Dam near 70 bucks on missing items n pizza my kids couldn’t eat n HORRIBLE and I can’t get my money back or better food be there to talk to a supervisor never went threw this before smh

Driver lied and said that they couldn’t come to the apartment. Manager Nazrul was inept at customer service and charged me for a pizza that never arrived.

If I can put zero stars I would. This is the worst place ever to order food from. Horrible service and nothing but attitude given when they make a mistake on your order. Food came burnt box came dented and not to mention no cheese on the pizza due to it sticking all over the box. Do not order from this place they either need new management or should just be shut down in general.
