Ordered online, said it would take 45-55mins. After an hour and a half of waiting (and tracker said the delivery person was on the way), the tracker suddenly said “Completed” when I never got my order… now the store’s phone doesn’t work at all, can’t contact anyone at the store or at Domino’s. Never ordering Domino’s again
I ordered a delivery through UberEats and specified that they should meet me at my door. The delivery driver called me and said I need to come downstairs. Me, just getting home from a 6 hour flight said no. There’s an elevator and I requested delivery to my door. The delivery person hung up on me.I called the store and asked what’s the deal. Received the wrong order after paying and providing tip. Called in to inform staff that we received the wrong order and the person doesn’t eat pork. I was met with rudeness, stating he doesn’t know how I received the wrong order (ugh you guys packed the wrong order!), after 4 minutes of rudeness, questioning, and threats I was hung up on. Terrible service and this is not the first time. I can’t wait until my friend opens a domino’s in the area to run them out of business....read full review
