Today I ordered pizza and free tots (for points) and checked to deliver it hand-to-hand (meaning, I don't have to go downstairs), since it's not COVID anymore, and it's much more convenient for me to get the order at the apt. door. When the order arrived, the delivery guy called me and said that "he is not allowed to come up to the apt", I said, yes you can, I chose hand-to-hand delivery and it's not 2020 anymore. He didn't even finish listening to me and hung up the phone. When he came up in 5-7 (!) minutes, he was in a helmet, gave me the order, checked it delivered, and left. When I opened the Tots, it was partially eaten (upper right corner). I am very disappointed that I gave him 20% tips, I wish I could not give him anything. I already reported the issue to Dominos, and they owe me 60 points for free pizza. Anywhere else I can give awareness to this, except Yelp, or here?It was like that when I opened the box (in the photo): upper left corner is eaten or cut out.When I wrote about this in Domino's Subreddit, I was called by Domino's workers that I am an "idiot", "lazy ass", and "not intelligent" because I could not come downstairs, and that I have nothing to do in my "miserable" life only to write on Reddit. It tells a lot about people working there, and their "service". DO NOT go there.Considering that I was doused with the word mud by the workers (!) on that Subreddit it tells a lot about this company, and its "service". The company just doesn't care about its clients. It transforms into a cheap walk-in eatery or caff, worse than McDonald's in my eyes. A good company would not come down to rudeness and insulting a client, even if they think that the latter is wrong. Because a good company cares about its reputation.

Very bad customer service . I ordered my speciality pizza at 9:20 pm . I left instructions for the delivery guy , they cancelled my order , I called back and left me on the phone for 25 mins .
I order the pizza at 11 and went inside to pick up at 11:20 and one guy was their don’t speak English and said the person make pizza went out for last 30 mins their was no manager in store no one their to make the pizza I wait 10 min no one come I left very very bad
