Today I ordered pizza and free tots (for points) and checked to deliver it hand-to-hand (meaning, I don't have to go downstairs), since it's not COVID anymore, and it's much more convenient for me to get the order at the apt. door. When the order arrived, the delivery guy called me and said that "he is not allowed to come up to the apt", I said, yes you can, I chose hand-to-hand delivery and it's not 2020 anymore. Very bad customer service . I ordered my speciality pizza at 9:20 pm . I left instructions for the delivery guy , they cancelled my order , I called back and left me on the phone for 25 mins .
