After a little over 10 years of coming to this place maybe more, i've begun to visit less and less. The staff in addition to being reduced are terribly unprofessional (mostly at night) and they rarely ever have a variety of donuts and muffins to choose from. Good customer service is lacking these days it seems. Too bad that Mike's Diner was closed down just across the street because, this store in no way makes up for quality pastry, food or anything else besides coffee. Their ice cream is over priced and of average quality.

This has to be one the worst DDs. Always crowded. The staff always get your order wrong then tell you to pay the difference after. If you're getting a hot espresso drink they do not clean the steaming wand. They'll steam different milks with the same crushed wand. Health hazard!
The two employees only speaking to each and not paying attention to the customers and making mistakes with orders. They were very loud with their conversation, even if it's a different language.

How many visits must you have for a medium size cup of Dunkin' Donuts hot chocolate? The answer is over six different Dunkin' Donuts locations. It is unknown if the automated machine is creating this sludge tasting and looking hot chocolate, which is neither appetizing in appearance or tastes decent. I wasted money, time, effort, and gas to order and recieve a specific beverage that does not even look like any hot chocolate I have ever tasted! Even my favorite Dunkin' Donuts location could not deliver a quality cup of hot chocolate. ** A word to the wise if you prefer hot chocolate instead of coffee or tea, visit Brooklyn's Dunkin' Donuts on Utica Avenue and Clarendon Road **.
