THE WORKERS ARE HORRIBLE, LOW STAFFED, THE MANAGER IS DOWNRIGHT RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND EVEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES! THEY MAKE SO MANY INCORRECT ORDERS, AND THAN DON’T WANT TO REFUND YOU BACK WHAT ORDERS THEY CHARGED YOU FOR INCORRECTLY! THE WORKERS ARE ALL RUDE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE YOUNG GIRL WITH THE HIJAB SHE SEEMS NICE & UNDERSTANDING TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS BUT EVEN SHE GETS THE HEAT OF THE SNOB MANAGER THEY HAVE THERE! WHY DID THE CORPORATE CHANGE THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES THEY WERE ALL THE BEST AND BROUGHT POSITIVITY TO THE ATMOSPHERE ON A DAILY BASIS AND KEPT THE CUSTOMERS SO HAPPY AND ALWAYS WORKED HARD AND QUICKLY. THEY WERE A TRUE BLESSING! THAN THEY BOUGHT THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT CREW THAT DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE FRANCHISE!!! WHY? THAT IS UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS! ? When I went here, the donuts were stale and the coffee tasted like it's been sitting out for hours or as if they haven't put fresh coffee grain in for a day or so. I will not be getting anything at this location.
