On Sunday January 18th stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at 2:30 pm and ordered grilled cheese and large hot coffee. Grilled cheese was decent however coffee was not hot, but slightly warm. When I mentioned it to the guy, he simply ignored my remark. I think this demonstrates a careless attitude towards one’s job, because it’s not a big effort to make sure that the coffee you serve is sufficiently hot. I cannot recommend this place.

The staff members at this Dunkin are really nice. Fast service and very helpful. They mix my coffee ingredients so the syrup is not all at the bottom. Love it. Thank them for that.

I stopped by DD after my morning walk and decided to try their iced lemon tea with a raspberry flavor shot and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The tea was refreshing and had a nice fruity kick thanks to the raspberry flavor shot. However, I was disappointed with the cream cheese on my bagel. It tasted a bit off, as if it had been sitting out for too long or was past its prime.

I like the convenience of this location. It never seems overly crowded, and they handled my simple order efficiently and correctly. (no cheese please) It is what it is. Dunkin. Nice option in a crowded coffee space.
French cruller no longer sold “in this area any longer” per employee upon my pick up order of French crullers. Disappointed, French cruller is not just the least calorie donut it’s also our favorite. Took my refund instead of choosing other donuts.

Worst Dunkin in bay ridge. Always have a problem every time I go there. Today, Sunday 5/1/22 whoever was working this morning was rude and nasty. I waited forever for a coffee I ordered 20 min ago and he hands it to me spilling everywhere. I tell him I know he’s busy but that’s not right. He didn’t care. Also he was touching stuff without gloves making sandwiches with one glove on. Don’t go here if you like your coffee in your cup and sanitary conditions

The two women working there at lunchtime today (what appeared to be a large mobile order of drinks) completely ignored all customers waiting on line in the store for a full 5 minutes. A few customers got fed up and left. The number one rule is to greet customers, not completely ignore them, like you can't be bothered that they're there. Awful customer service and awful workers.

I only give 1 star because I can't give negative. The amount of times I've come in and over heard management belittle the only employee that actually works is unreal. I come in and see 2 people. One doing everything from customer to cleaning and the other is either on their phone or just sitting there doing nothing to help with the lines of people. It is unfair to your closer with red/blue hair. that poor boy needs a raise. Do something about your management at this location. Negative stars..
