Had dinner tonight at Chadwick's. The owners Gerry and Steve are such wonderful guys. They always make us feel right at home. We had a few apps - the calamari, the spring rolls and the wontons. All were fantastic. For mains we had the Porter house and it was cooked to perfection. The duck was also fabulous. 10/10 ambiance and food for a cozy Brooklyn vibe.
LOVED this place. First time I had been in Dyker Heights and first time at Chadwick's. It's old school and they clearly have LOTS of regulars but it's not old-fashioned. Staff is terrific, food was wonderful, and the vibe is fantastic. They also make a fantastic Perfect Manhattan. Berkshire Farms Pork Chop, AWESOME! I had it with hot cherry peppers. I also had the other half of my wife’s Grilled 10 oz. Filet Mignon, WOW! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I don’t write many reviews however I was extremely impressed. Chadwick’s IS a Bay Ridge gem!
