Cue Barry Manilow: Her name was "Dulce," she was a Brew Cat. It's no secret I love a good brewery, and it's no secret I'm a cat-holic. I purposefully seek out opportunities for the two worlds to collide, so I bopped up to Brooklyn for a self-guided brewery cat tour. Beer here was pretty great, really enjoyed their IPA and fest beers. The space is industrial with a very high ceiling -- not my favorite vibe but kind of fun to have music bouncing all around.

They make great beers, they do all over the board in terms of beers. They specialize in IPA but do all sorts of beer. Very industrial setting. A handful of tables but lots of standing area. It was pretty quiet on the Saturday night we were there and chatted with the brewer. Oh and they have board and card games.Fun chill low key vibe in an industrial setting.
