Such a great place. Had my aunt's memorial there a couple of weeks ago and everything was wonderful. The staff was awesome with great attention to detail, the food was delicious, and the view spectacular. Set up was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Unobstructed panoramic views of three NYC bridges, in an expansive, welcoming ballroom lit with pristine chandeliers, tables dressed in white linen adorned with floral arrangements, bottled water, flowing wines, fresh delectable eateries serviced by attentive staff beckoned to answer all qualms is the environment encountered at Giando on the Water for our event.Our four-hour celebration allowed the over one-hundred attendees to commiserate, evoking shared feelings paying tribute in unison through an organized program supported by a contracted professional dee-jay’s sound system. From the candles lit that added to the ambience, easels portraying our selected art works to seamless assistance made ourexperience an indelible reminiscence for years to come. Thank you to Joseph Leone and the entire staff for creating such a memorable affair.

I just had my bridal shower here over the weekend. Giando is the best venue to have your bridal shower, wedding, etc. The food is so fresh and was so delicious l! Rodrigo and his team made sure that I had a fabulous day!!

Terrible service, all waiters ignore when asking to bring something over. The bar didn't have a drink menu, bar tender just laughed when I asked and said, this is a bar we have everything. Food is terrible, baked clams are over baked. Ordered medium steak, came out rare, (the steak was MOO'ING) that's how raw it was. Brought me another steak and this time it was well done with charred on top which tasted bitter and burned and the steak was rubbery now. Told waiter, they didn't care and took it away. First and last time there, don't recommend this place at all.

Excellent service, thank you guys for being my daughters' night and my excellent. Very attentive to all our orders. Very grateful and happy, despite the fact that reading the previous comments I would have a terrible impression, however it was the opposite. Second: The food; the pork was a little salty, if they took care of a little more that detail would be super perfect, from there in everything it was excellent, and the sauces a little tasteless. If they took care of the seasoning a little, it would be very excellent. I would like to go another time to talk to the chef and teach him a little, with all due respect. Dessert: excellent. From the outside: the excellent atmosphere, very appropriate decoration. The weather is a little cold. Parking: excellent. Atte: Jorge Rovanob. Food critic. Very nice place. Attenfed a friends birthday celebration. The Waitstaff is cordial. However, I felt as though they were rushing to please, and that can lead to making mistakes. Be confident in your training! From the valet service, ladies' room, serving food, and bartender were competent in their skills. Do not rush. Take your time. it's worth it.

I got married here in February 2022. I have been back here for my anniversary dinners and just to eat here and they don't disappoint.Rodrigo and his team provide top notch service. The food is always wonderful. The views are impeccable. They always deserve a 5 out of 5 stars!

Took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and picked it because of the view. The service was the worst I have ever witnessed (even compared to cheap places). They rushed us to take our order, rushed us to the next courses, put the check down and two minutes later the server comes by and tells me to sign it (I was in a conversation with my wife and didn’t even open it yet).The food was terrible. I got food poisoning from the Shrimp Scampi and had to miss a big meeting the next morning. The bill was over $400 and felt rushed the entire meal.Save your money and go elsewhere!
