We come to Java all the time for delicious Indonesian food, but this was our first time trying the Rijsttafel and it was incredible! The multi- course meal was so full of flavor, from the opening chicken soup to the EIGHT curries during the main course. The service was sincere and warm. An amazing value considering just how much food is in the experience and what a unique sampling you receive! Truly an unforgettable culinary experience.
My partner is from Jakarta, and she believes this is the MOST AUTHENTIC Indonesian food she has had in America. That should be all you need to know....And to top it off, the owner is a lovely Indonesian woman who provides great service. And the bang for your buck is impressive - especially recommend the "Indonesian tapas" for 2 deal. Great value.

Have both dined in and taken out here. The Indonesian "tapas" (dine in only) was so much food I thought I was going to explode.... Every dish was so good.Since then, we've ordered take out twice and the food has been so tasty.Recommended: Mie goreng (lo mein on crack), telor tahu (omelette with so much unami and a little rice), and ayam belado (chicken in a heavenly spicy sauce)
